Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Mysore Heritage Properties to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data received through Facebook, Instagram or Meta lead forms, our website, our AI assistant, or a Facebook login.
How to request deletion
- Email properties@mysoreheritage.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 95389 44669.
- Include your full name and the phone number and/or email address you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We may contact you once to confirm the request is genuinely from you.
What happens next
- We delete your enquiry and lead details, chat requests, account and profile data, and saved searches within 30 days, and confirm by email or WhatsApp once it’s done.
- If you have a website account, you can also ask us to close it and remove your property listings.
- We may keep limited records where Indian law requires it (for example records of completed transactions or invoices). These are kept securely and only for as long as legally required.
If you logged in with Facebook
You can also remove our access from your Facebook account: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Mysore Heritage Properties and click Remove. Then email us as above so we delete the data already stored on our side.
