This Privacy Policy explains how Mysore Heritage Properties (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use mysoreheritage.in, chat with our AI assistant, contact us, or respond to our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta platforms. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location or country, budget, property requirements and preferred contact time, when you fill in an enquiry, site-visit or callback request, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or submit a Meta lead form.
Account information: if you register or log in (including by phone OTP), we store your name, phone number, email and profile details.
Property listings: if you list a property, we collect its address, location, photos, price, documents and the owner’s or agent’s contact details.
AI assistant chats: messages you type into our website chat assistant, and any details you choose to share in them.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the website.
Information from Meta: when you respond to our ads on Facebook or Instagram (for example through an instant lead form), Meta shares with us the details you submit in that form, such as your name, phone number, email and answers to our questions. We may also receive aggregated, non-identifying ad performance reports.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and arrange site visits, callbacks and video walkthroughs.
To help you buy, sell, build or invest in property, including document verification, construction services, home-loan guidance and registration support.
To review and publish property listings.
To send you property options and updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
To run, measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms, including showing relevant ads.
To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Our AI assistant

Our website chat assistant is powered by Anthropic’s Claude AI. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies and are processed under Anthropic’s commercial terms, which do not allow your messages to be used to train their models. Please do not share sensitive information such as bank or identity document numbers in the chat. AI replies are general information only and are not legal, tax or financial advice.

5. Who we share your information with

Our team and partners involved in your property transaction or construction project, only as needed (for example developers, lawyers or lenders you ask us to connect you with).
Service providers who help us run our business: website hosting and media storage, Google Maps (property maps and nearby places), Anthropic (AI assistant), SMS/OTP providers, and email services.
Meta Platforms, when you interact with our ads or lead forms. Meta’s use of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Authorities, when required by law.

6. NRI and international visitors

If you contact us from outside India, your information is transferred to and processed in India, and by our service providers in other countries, under appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and site security, and may use analytics and advertising cookies (including from Meta and Google) to understand site usage and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and lead details for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, and account and listing data while your account is active, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Transaction records are kept as required by Indian law.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or stop marketing messages at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions or email properties@mysoreheritage.in. We respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption and restricted access, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

11. Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
